How do I fix this? Is there a command that will do this or do I have to do this manually? Thanks :slight_smile:

You’d have to delete them manually as they’re not under homebrews control.

For who needs to delete those files quick. do like this:

  1. copy the list of file into a txt file that will look like this
/usr/local/include/fakemysql.h
/usr/local/include/fakepq.h
/usr/local/include/fakesql.h
/usr/local/include/itcl.h
... etc
  1. considering that you’r file is named headers.txt run the following command:
cat headers.txt | xargs rm 

This will delete each file.

  1. run again brew doctor and you should not see any unexpected header files
